About Sarah Shanice

I have worked as HR in the retail, manufacturing, banking, hospitality, renewed energy, education and consultancy industries collaborating with teams in East Africa, West Africa, South Africa, Canada, UK and China. I prepare and plan for the session, engage, introduce the topic with objectives to be achieved , share experiences, check understanding and explore applicability of the topic with my students. I love feedback from my students for continuous improvement. I go beyond tutoring to mentor and coach my students, respond in a timely way to any communication from my students and ensure they have a great experience of learning. I fill my cup to be able to pour into others.

About the lesson

I tutor HR professionals at degree, entry and middle level in employment to develop human resource models, advise businesses on policies and procedures, and resolve any issues that a company might have with its workforce using case studies and the questioning approach.
