About Aure
I am passionate about contortion and I followed a one year stage taught by Nadège Paineau in Paris to become a contortion instructor (October 2019 to October 2020). It allowed me to deepen my knowledge and specialize according to his method of teaching contortion
I have always practiced the work on flexibility, which I learned practicing circus from 7 to 11 years, rhythmic gymnastics from 11 to 15 years, classical and contemporary dance from 16 to 19 years old at the Reims Conservatory, France
These disciplines have given me a global vision on the discipline of stretching / contortion

We perform an exhaustive sequence of stretches to work on all joints and muscles. We begin by building a solid foundation (thanks to key exercises essential to progress in contortionism such as contortion, and deep psoas stretching) to ensure safe and perennial progression.
This base is a valuable aid that you will need during your personal stretching / contortion training routine, depending on the level you want to achieve.
The practice of contorsion allows the restoration and reparation of subtle bodies thanks to the integration and assimilation of blockages and traumas suffered by these in past lives or in current life. Actually, any contorsion exercise focus on one or several areas of the body, each linked to a concrete issue in one or several aspects of life (professional, family, romantic, financial, spiritual)...
