About Nohr
I am an English tutor with over 3+ years of experience and an MA in Global English and Intercultural Communication. I specialize in teaching English through environmental activism and sustainability. Lessons help learners develop vocabulary for ecological issues and engage in meaningful discussions about climate solutions. I work with adult learners, eco-conscious individuals, and passionate advocates. Students explore global conservation topics while practicing speaking, writing, and reading in English. Lessons are practical, interactive, and discussion-driven. I focus on helping learners communicate clearly and confidently. Each session connects language skills to real-world environmental action. Students leave empowered to participate in global conversations about sustainability. I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and advocacy through English. Learning becomes purposeful, relevant, and impactful. Together, we explore language and environmental awareness.

I help students develop advanced skills in academic writing. Lessons cover research papers, thesis development, and citation formats such as APA and MLA. I focus on providing clear, structured guidance throughout the writing process. Academic integrity and proper referencing are emphasized in every lesson. Heritage Learners and Academic/Linguist students learn to produce coherent, well-argued papers. Lessons include drafting, revising, and refining academic texts. I teach strategies for critical analysis and logical argumentation. Exam-focused learners gain practical tools for structuring essays efficiently. I provide feedback on style, grammar, and coherence. Each session builds confidence and clarity in scholarly communication. Students develop a strong, authentic academic voice. I encourage precision, evidence-based reasoning, and professionalism. Together, we refine your writing for academic success.
