About Matteo
I am a passionate and patient Saxophone tutor with 10 years of teaching experience and around 150 students successfully guided. I teach learners of all levels and focus on developing strong musical foundations.
My teaching style combines technical training with creative exploration. I begin with posture correction, breath management, tone development, and fingering precision. I also teach scales, rhythm studies, music theory, and ear training. As students progress, I introduce improvisation and performance preparation techniques.
I personalize lessons according to each student’s goals and learning speed. I maintain open communication and provide constructive feedback.
My aim is to inspire long-term dedication to music while helping students achieve technical accuracy, confidence, and expressive performance.

My teaching methodology for Saxophone is structured around Communication, Accountability, and Integrity to ensure steady and meaningful improvement. I begin by building a strong technical base through correct posture, breath control, embouchure strength, and tone stability.
I clearly explain each lesson and demonstrate proper techniques so students understand how to practice effectively. Lessons include scale exercises, articulation drills, rhythm development, and expressive phrasing. I provide weekly structured practice plans and measurable goals to maintain accountability.
I carefully track progress and give honest feedback to guide improvement. Integrity in my teaching means focusing on long-term development and disciplined practice. In addition to Saxophone, I also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight Reading, and Improvisation basics to support complete musical growth.
