I achieved A* in both Biology and Mathematics and A in Chemistry at A level, I now study Medicine at the University of Birmingham (3rd year). I can teach A level students in these subjects (Chemistry at GCSE), but also can broaden my subject expertise wider for GCSE.
Lessons ~ 1 hour online, can adjust longer/shorter
I have taught at Air Cadets for 5 years as a senior cadet (up to Flight Sergeant) , so am confident in all ages between 12-19. Here I created my own lessons, taught, and dealt with difficult situations. I also have taught siblings & friends throughout my life so have experienced and adapted to a varierty of learning styles.
My approach:
We will first discuss what subjects and exam boards you are learning, we will approach what you have/haven't learnt. And what you struggle with and find easy.
We don't have to stick to a rigid schedule, for instance: we can do lessons on what you have learnt in the week; run through homework/practice tests; focus on particular hard concepts etc.
We will work in a relaxed and open environment, I am happy for quick chats & questions in between sessions.
