About Tomas
I am a 20-year-old student from Drexel University currently working a full-time 6-month internship. I have been speaking Spanish my entire life as it was my first language, completed AP Spanish finishing with a result of a 5 on my final exam. I also have some prior background in tutoring helping out fellow peers in high school and middle schoolers.

My approach to tutoring Spanish is practical, structured, and tailored to each student. I focus on helping students actually use the language, not just memorize rules, by combining clear explanations with real conversation and guided practice. Lessons are adjusted to the student’s level and goals, whether they’re learning Spanish for school, travel, or personal growth. I emphasize pronunciation, everyday vocabulary, and understanding how the language works so students build confidence and improve steadily. The goal is for students to feel comfortable speaking Spanish and to leave each lesson knowing exactly what they learned and how to apply it.
