About Ava
As a junior at Emporia State University majoring in Elementary Education, I have developed both the academic training and hands-on experience needed to effectively support young learners. Through my tutoring experience and work with elementary-aged students, I understand how to adapt lessons to meet each student’s individual needs and learning style. I take pride in being patient, reliable, and professional in every session, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable, respected, and motivated to learn. It is not only my goal to help students improve academically, but also to build their confidence and help them develop a positive attitude toward learning!
