Hello! I’m Czarina, a dedicated and patient English tutor with a professional background in customer service support and an Advanced English certification from EF SET.
My experience in customer service has strengthened my communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, allowing me to work confidently with people from different backgrounds. With my background in customer service support and an Advanced English certification from EF SET, I focus on helping students improve their communication skills, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and confidence in using English.

Each lesson ends with a quick review and recommendations for what the student can practice independently.

I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I adjust my teaching style according to each student's needs, learning pace, and confidence level.
