About Darshan
I'm Darshan and I currently work as a Data Science consultant, helping companies to innovate their products and services through analytics. I have always and still am very passionate about Maths, Science and Technology and enjoy offering tutoring to GCSE students to help produce the spark to get them excited about the vast opportunities in STEM.
During my own GCSEs I completed Maths, Further Maths and Triple Science and went on to complete A Levels in Maths, Physics, Biology and IT before completing my BSc in Physics at a Russell Group institution. As someone who has been through the process, I completely empathise with how difficult some of these topics can become and have personally gone through a lot of difficulties to achieve my own success so I hope I'm able to inspire up and coming students to not just understand but excel at these subjects!

As someone who has been through and successfully completed Maths and Science at both GCSE and A-Level, I am completely empathetic to the difficulty of these subjects! What really helped make them click for me was practice practice practice. So my tutoring style involves understanding what the student has taken from school lessons and supplementing that understanding with a variety of exercises and/or additional teaching where there are gaps in knowledge and this has proven to be extremely successful in the past. For me it's all about adapting to the student and where they are currently at and making steady strides to developing stronger understanding through exercise practice. I currently teach GCSE students Maths and Physics/Biology and lessons are for 1hr.
