An individual's learning abilities can be developed through the identification of their learning styles. Using an individual's strengths, strategies can be adopted and applied to meet areas of learning that challenge them. This will help address the ways that SpLD's (Specific Learning Difficulties), such as dyslexia, affect an individual's ability and performance, and can also improve confidence.
