About Saumya Verma
I'm a student of Delhi University, pursuing Literature Honors in English. Since literature is a piece of art and as Leonardo Da Vinci once said, "Art is the queen of all sciences", I believe that one should touch up on what literature actually means to teach us. And I believe that one could never regret reading a book.

I give the background of the time period of the text first so that it gets easier for the studentsto relate the different instances present in the text to the culture and environment of the time period when the text was written.
Critical comments and symbolic connotations are also discussed.
