About Mia
I am a 17 year old dancer from Croydon and I have been dancing for many years. I am currently training in dance at the BRIT school after performing in many shows and competing with a dance school. I love to dance and I want to introduce it to people and show people that fitness can be fun through dance.

My teaching method depends on each person and is adaptable to every different crowd. With a relaxed class my teaching can be fast paced and relaxed with showcasing, and with a slightly more challenging class I can teach different to this with a more loud and excitable approach as well as tamed to calm the atmosphere down.
