About Leslie
Hi, My name is Leslie! I'm 26 and originally from the Netherlands. I have a Bachelor's degree in primary education and have been teaching and tutoring Dutch and English for years. After graduating, I worked full-time as a primary school teacher and started traveling for a year after that. In New Zealand, I met my now boyfriend. He is born and raised in New Westminster, Canada, and I have been living here with him ever since I arrived in Canada in 2024.

In my lessons, my goal is to teach a language without it feeling like an obligation. Learning English can be fun with your favorite books or songs. Good to know: English is also my second language.
