My teaching methods, when it comes to exercise, is by showing examples of each exercise and as well as doing the exercise with you. I find it is much more motivating when someone exercise alongside you.
Exercise has been part of my life since I can remember, played sports all throughout school, university and now as a workers class I still find time to exercise.
