I am a men's physique athlete who started competing at the age of 34. I have won several titles at the state level and had to stop competing due to family circumstances. However late you're in starting your journey towards a healthier lifestyle, it's better late than never

About the lesson

The workouts could be a mix of weight training,cardio and highintensity interval training depending on the clients requirement. Even though the workouts provide a big step towards being active the lifestyle transformation happens when you understand what you eat. So I would love to engage my client to change his lifestyle
