I am a graduate of the University of La Verne with a BA in English. I previously volunteered as an assistant tutor for The Learning Connection at Alcott Elementary in Pomona. There, I tutored groups from 1st to 6th grade, specializing in 3rd.

My teaching method is based on trying to relate to the individual's needs. I bring upbeat energy to help make a child's struggles feel less intimidating. I prioritize a hands-on approach to solving issues and helping children find and refine their skills as opposed to doing it for them.
