About Adam
Currently I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy in an outpatient setting. I also work as a strength and conditioning coach where I blend rehab and performance to help active adults and young athletes make continual progress toward their goals. I love the education aspect of my job. Teaching people the foundations, proper form, and the why behind the exercises they are performing is what makes the most everlasting effect in their fitness journey. This lets them take control of their fitness and their health and not have to rely on a coach forever.

Perfect! Adam is very bright and personable, very good listener too. He discussed my fitness goals and if there were any injuries etc., including an assessment of how well I move in the different planes of motion & flexibility. He also discussed his fitness program and approach.

Adam is patient, kind, and truly cares about your outcomes. He is a passionate teacher who wants to see other’s succeed. He will cater his teaching style to align with how YOU learn best. He is trustworthy because he is diligent in his work and he practices what he preaches. The best indicator as to whether someone knows something well or not is through how they can teach it to someone else, and Adam will make it all make sense for you. I cannot recommend him enough.
