About Rylee
I am a current Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Eastern Washington University. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado - Boulder, where I majored in Integrative Physiology and minored in Linguistics, graduating with the Chancellor's Recognition Award for academic excellence. While there, I worked as a Teaching Assistant, and I published papers in both Life and Social Sciences. I also have a background in coaching, which I employ to craft individualized and appropriately challenging lessons suited to each student's needs. Through my academic experiences, I have become skilled in teaching sciences, mathematics, and writing. I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on your learning journey!

I believe that learning is an interactive and exploratory process. As such, I employ the Socratic method of guided questioning to lead the student to the correct response, allowing them to take pride in and responsibility for in their own education and assisting with long-term retention. I learn my students' individual learning styles and emphasize the relevance of material, helping my elementary, middle, and high school students to become invested in the learning process and keeping them engaged. As a doctorate-level student of Physical Therapy, I am passionate about life sciences, and I also have extensive experience with mathematics and writing. I look forward to working with you to reach your fullest potential in academics and beyond.
