About Raúl
I am Raúl Rodríguez, I am a sociologist graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) in 1995. I have three Diplomas: one in the area of Teacher Training at the National Experimental University of the National Armed Forces (UNEFA) 2009. Another in Research , also from UNEFA in 2010, and, later, Project Management from the Alejandro de Humboldt University (UAH) in 2015. During 2001, I obtained the title of Magíster Scientiarum in Personnel Management (UNEFA), then, in In 2011, I obtained the title of Master Teaching in Higher Education from the Caribbean International University (CIU) of Willemstad in Curaçao.
Similarly, in 2015, I achieved the degree of Specialist in Strategies for Distance Education (UAH). Also, in 2015, I graduated as a Specialist in Research and Development Project Management (UCV). Already, in 2016 I obtained the degree of Master Scientiarum in Research and Development Management from the UCV (2016). For the year 2017, I graduated with a Doctorate in Management Sciences from UNEFA (2017). Also, in 2018, I graduated with a Doctorate in Educational Sciences from the Bicentennial University of Aragua (UBA) and in that same year, I obtained a Doctorate in Research and Development Management (UCV). At the end of that same year, I obtained my Certificate of Postdoctoral Studies in Research and Development Management in this house of studies. Currently, and due to the pandemic that afflicts us, I am waiting from this same university for the delivery of my Certificate of Postdoctoral Studies in Management, which I completed at the beginning of last year.
Currently, I am an active member of the College of Sociologists and Anthropologists of Venezuela (COSAV), the Venezuelan Association of Distance Education (AVED) and the Venezuelan Association of Research and Development Management (AVEGID). I have had the honor of having several awards and recognitions from various institutions within my field of action. Also, I have written more than twenty articles for national and international scientific journals. In the same way, I have been a tutor, jury and methodological advisor of different projects and research works in different universities. I have more than twenty years of experience in various public and private institutions, as a manager, professor and researcher. I have participated in national and international events, in the role of speaker, jury and researcher. Currently, I work as Director of Research and Postgraduate Studies at the National Open University (UNA) in Venezuela.
