About Virginia
I have my Diploma in Childrens Services and have worked in a kindergarten setting for 14 years. I have recently moved to a Education Support role at a school for Autism. I have had an interest in Autism for many years and have completed many professional development courses throughout this time. I am extremely passionate in helping non verbal children find their voice through communication devices.

I base my teaching on how Speech Therapists model to the children. I am guided by the speech therapists and adjust my teaching styles depending on the child's needs and learning capabilities. All lessons will be based on what the child is learning at school at the time.
