About Tom
I'm an Australian electrical engineer with many years of experience, here and abroad, in the building of heavy industrial equipment for mining and materials handling.
I'm now semi-retired but still very much alive, mentally and physically, with a desire to help the new generation in their need of knowledge and qualifications towards their future careers.
And, of course, that will also keep me active and fulfilled.

In following the set syllabus and coursework I would aim first to address the student's basic understanding of the material and then build on that to ensure a firm grounding in the subject towards achieving the necessary levels.
Typical lessons would be one hour but flexible enough to complete a topic in progress.
I have no formal experience as a tutor but many years of assisting employees and junior associates in understanding and following their work requirements.
I would anticipate tutoring at a senior school to first year college level.
