About Courtney
I have been working with kids in a variety of settings since 2009! I worked at and managed a day care facility for a few years. I was also a classroom therapist in a school for students with emotional and behavioral needs. It was there that I fell in love with teaching and I went back to college again as a non traditional student. I have been teaching in a district now for a few years.

I am always reading and researching new ways to help my students in my classroom and I would absolutely use those skills to help when I tutor! I like to teach spelling rules, play games, use flash cards and add techniques specific to a child’s needs!
