I believe students learn best when they play an active role in determining instructional methods and setting goals. I am a huge proponent for hands-on activities and learning by doing!
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I am a current teacher and hold certification in the state of Texas! Literacy development is something I am very passionate about and I hope to bring my expertise to this platform.
I specialize in elementary grades, but I do have experience teaching middle schoolers and high schoolers and am happy to work with learners at any grade level!
