About Nombulelo Faith
I have been operating as an HR professional for over 15 years focusing more on people development and empowerment through relevant initiatives in communities. I am passionate about excelling in this field understanding importance of diversity and positively impacting on people's lives. Relationship building, and interaction with people at different levels has led to achievement of my planned goals over this period. I have led a team of experts in HR management sphere to achieve success in HR value chain. Ensuring compliance with South African legislations governing operations of organizations is key to my operations for people to understand the importance of operating within precepts of country laws.

I have worked with people at all levels coming from HR professional sphere. My approach has been to teach, coach and mentor people by combining day to day physical mental health with real-time learning that positively impacts on people's lives. My focus has been to touch lives at all levels especially youth who have lost a sense of purpose to align to their zeal to live a purposeful life. I believe with the vast need in communities for improving their lives I can be of value to acquiring balanced meaningful life.
