About Tayo
I’m Tayo Sabido, an experienced Energy Healer and Reiki Practitioner with over 10 years of dedicated practice in energy work and four years as a certified Reiki practitioner. My professional journey began in healthcare, where I spent most of my career supporting others’ well-being. Over time, I discovered a deep passion for holistic healing and energy work, which led me to shift my focus to helping people restore balance and vitality through Reiki and energy healing. I believe in the power of meditation, healthy eating, and cultivating positive energy to support overall wellness. My approach is rooted in years of experience and a deep commitment to holistic healing, guiding my clients towards physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
