About Jean-Sébastien
I am an IT engineer, telecoms and networks. I am currently a design engineer for a company of 1,500 employees.
I started to work in the IT field about 6 years ago, notably in website development for customers.
I have experience in development training, I already had several students with me during tutoring during my years of study.

I adapt my course to my students, but here is my general methodology:
First, we establish a roadmap with objectives.
Then, we advance on the theory (by reading independently between 2 sessions or the exchange during a session).
I prepare practical exercises with examples to validate the skills between 2 sessions, we correct them together.
To validate a chapter, I ask the student to carry out a mini-project for which we define the specifications together.

If needed, a session can be canceled until 12h before the scheduled time.
I prefer to deal with 2 hours sessions, as it is more efficent, but I can adapt it if it's needed.
