About Edijs
I am a 3rd year Civil Engineering (with Architecture) student who has previously worked as a self-employed personal tutor for children between ages 8 and 17 - offering lessons in languages (dominant subject), history, chemistry and biology. Since then I have enhanced my knowledge in further maths, material and structural behaviour as part of my degree and work experience in engineering consultancy.

In my past experience, I always approached each student on individual basis in order to understand their capabilities, limitations and needs. This allows me to establish a basic progression scheme while avoiding a rigid approach. When possible, in given time constraints, I attempt to find additional ways to use standard school materials and competing literature to expand on covered subjects.
