Hello! I’m Mrigna — an English teacher, physiotherapist, and podcast creator. I teach English with a strong focus on communication, confidence, and real-life skills. With a degree in Physiotherapy and experience working closely with people of all ages, I understand how to teach with patience, empathy, and clear explanation. I also run a podcast that explores aging, caregiving, and meaningful conversations, which helps me connect deeply with adult learners and professionals.
