About Livia
I am a registered English teacher with a Bachelor's degree, I have taught English Home Language for 14 years. I have taught learners ranging from grade 8 - 11. I have also taught English FAL for 2.5 years as well, I have taught within a school setting for all of the 14 years and I'm currently still teaching in a full time capacity.

My methodology is that every person has a heart and soul, every person has a right to feel that they belong and that they are understood. When dealing with poetry and explaining the various poems to the learners, poems become better understood when the learner understands that the poet has the same feelings, situations or emotions that they are going through. When that connection is made - success and a new love is found for poetry.
