About Tshegofatso Desree
Hello, thank you for taking your time to view my profile. I am Tshegofatso. I have been teaching English for the past 7 years and it is a job I really enjoy.
What I really love about my job is that I get to add value to my students' lives by helping them get better at expressing themselves in English, and reaching other goals.
I have taught English to little kids and adults. I have taught to people of different cultural and linguistic backgrounds from all over the world. As such I am able to adjust my teaching method to suit each student's level of proficiency and age.

As a teacher, I prioritise student-centered learning, where the classroom is a space for active participation and dialogue. I believe assessments are an important part of learning and development. I design assessments that are interactive and appropriate for each student's age and level of proficiency. the assessments don't just measure the student's progress, but also encourage them to push their boundaries and excel.
Ultimately, my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to succeed and flourish on their English learning journey. As such, I aim to inspire my students to be more confident and committed to their learning journey.
