About Luna
My name's Luna, I'm a 23 year old student myself and my long-term goal is to be a full time English Teacher Secondary School/ Adult College level. My passion for wanting to move forward with teaching stems from the positive influences I had from my own teachers when I was younger, and the life experience I have.
I do my Bachelors Degree part time with Open University and I think it's important that learners are aware there's many forms of education/ways of learning which they can persue. If you benefit from sitting behind a desk for 8 hours, great. If you benefit from trying things out first, brilliant. Everybody learns differently. And I'm here to listen and help in the best way I can.

I pride myself on approaching tutoring with a tailored approach to each individual. It's important to remember that everyone learns differently; so with an open approach and an understanding demeanour, I strive to help people learn the best way for them.
Linking to my teaching method above, I like to keep the typical lengths of a lesson around 45 minutes to an hour, so the time spent learning is used wisely.
I am currently studying English Literature at Bachelor Degree level, previous qualifications involve an A in English Literature GCSE and merits across the board for drama in a Level 3 Extended Diploma College setting. I found the links between Drama and English to be particularly interesting and rewarding.
My lessons are ideally for people getting ready for their GCSE's, and adults who may want to brush up on their reading skills etc.
