About Bana
I am currently in my fourth year of studying Mechanical Engineering with Renewable Energy at the University of Edinburgh.
I believe that younger people develop a passion for a certain subject when they are taught by passionate teachers; motivating them to study and developing their interest in the subject. I owe it to my teachers for developing my huge interest in main subjects such as Physics and Maths and for their constant motivation to teach the subject as thorough as possible.
During High-school, I was given the responsibility by my Mechanics teacher to teach my fellow classmates that were struggling in class once every week to develop their understanding of the subject. I was also appointed shadow teacher for Economics, Physics and Mechanics; my role as shadow teacher was to fill the position of the teacher whenever needed.
I think it is important for younger children and teenagers to fully take advantage of their education at this age and to enjoy the variety of subjects they take. My aim as a tutor is to teach the subject with passion and and show the students how to enjoy learning the subject by understanding it fully.
