About Chandni
I love the joy and satisfaction I gain when I am able to motivate other to strive for the best - and become more confident learners.
Most often with students who come to be who claim they are struggling with anything - it's not that they cannot do it, but rather that they have yet to set a foundation to be confident in asking questions as much as possible.
I think I build a strong rapport with student, who are then able to gain the confidence in asking me anything they want to,strive to be curious and become high achievers.
This confidence doesnt only come out when pupils are with me, but also outside the tutor - tutee relationship we build over weeks and months - throughout their school years with teachers, throughout college, into university and in their careers.

• I planned and delivered structured lessons that engage and motivate pupils and meet the needs of all students
• I constructively communicate to students the outcome of the lesson, then outline and explain methods of solving problems.
• I am very supportive with all my students and by having a calm and mature attitude to them, by mounting on an empathetic connection with them, I ensured they feel at ease in asking as many questions as they can should they not understand what is being communicated to them.
• I listen to them with full attention and I believe that many of them have as a result developed confidence in with letting me know if they have issues at a particular stage of problem solving.
• Managed classrooms by:
o being polite,
o giving students my undivided attention,
o avoided punishing (rather asked questions on why students find it difficult to fucus),
o gave praise frequently to uplift students and keep them motivated to keep learning.
