About Veena
I am currently working in Consultancy and have over 9+ years of experience in Industrial research mainly in the area of Microbiology, personal and healthcare product development.
I have a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Biochemistry from University of Cambridge and Masters and Engineering degrees in Industrial Biotechnology.

I have the experience of giving presentations to a wide range of audience from subject experts to non-experts. I have also given teachings to undergraduate students, helping with their M.Phil projects. Moreover, I have practical experience in the subjects I am teaching, this would be an added advantage to the student in understanding the practical applications of science (technology). My lessons include power point mainly presentation slides (or notes in MS word) and focus more on pictures and videos to breakdown complex subjects into more memorable and understanding ones. My teaching method would be student centered and hence I would like to tailor the method depends on the preference and the interest of the student(s).
