About Suzette

I am an experienced corporate facilitator with more than 20 years business training experience in various industries, at all organizational levels, throughout Africa. I have a BA degree majoring in English, a MDP certificate and a Level 5 TEFL Diploma. I also have various other related accreditations.

About the lesson

My focus is on assisting adults with developing confidence in using English in different business contexts e.g. business presentations, negotiating skills, conducting meetings etc. My approach is needs driven, interactive and results focused. I develop teaching interventions based on individual (or company) objectives.

Cancellation policy:
When a lesson is confirmed with me, I then obviously do not make that time available to any other clients or students. I am therefore disadvantaged should a session be cancelled or postponed at short notice. For this reason the following cancellation fee will apply:
Cancellation within 14 calendar days - no fee
Cancellation within 13 - 5 calendar days - 50% of fee
Cancellation within 5 calendar days or 'no show' - 100% of fee
