About Jules
I am a dedicated English instructor with teaching experience through BYU–Pathway Worldwide and EnglishConnect, where I have helped students develop their English communication skills in a supportive learning environment. In addition, I bring nearly six years of professional experience in the BPO industry, which strengthened my communication, coaching, and customer service skills. I am patient, dependable, and committed to helping every student succeed. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging classroom where learners feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and gaining the confidence to communicate effectively in English.

My nearly six years of BPO experience also gave me strong communication, customer service, and business English skills that I bring into every lesson.
Whether you are a beginner, preparing for work, improving your conversational English, or building confidence for interviews and presentations, I will tailor each lesson to your goals and learning pace. My teaching style is patient, interactive, and focused on helping you use English naturally in real-life situations. Together, we will make learning English both effective and enjoyable.
