About Phoebe
Hi! I'm Phoebe, I'm 19, and I tutor English. I'm currently studying a B.A in English at the New College of the Humanities, in Bloomsbury, on full Scholarship.
I'm extremely experienced in the subject as my father is an English teacher himself. As a result I've grown up surrounded by the love of literature and the language, and it has most certainly sunk in. I received an A* in both English Literature and English Language GCSE, and an A* at English Literature A-Level. I also received the English prize at my sixth form (Woldingham School for Girls) and 100% in every coursework I've submitted for my qualifications. My first year university results with the University of London have been three Firsts and one 2:1, with an Academic Achievement Award from the Board of Examiners.
I'm happy to tutor for GCSE, A and AS-Level, university applications, and primary school level. I'm also happy to give lessons in language skills and grammar if you're learning the language or simply wish to improve it.

Perfect! Excellent Young Tutor
We were very impressed with Phoebe's first lesson with my 9 year old son. She was punctual, charming and well-prepared. She is a very intelligent and already highly-educated young woman who is very enthusiastic and motivated about tutoring. We recommend her!
