About Izzy

Hello, my name is Izzy welcome to my classroom! I have been teaching since 2025, and have taught students from many ages. From the beginning of learning language to older students taking their exams. From phonics to complex grammar. I am a warm and inviting person and love learning myself. I have a passion for teaching and would love to share that.

I have seen many language journeys and I am always satisfied to see people enjoying and succeeding in their learning!

I vary as a teacher, I am fun and energetic with younger students, or relaxed and concentrated with older students. Learning comes in many shapes and sizes, everyone learns differently. If you don't think one style suits you, I wish to adapt and modify this to help suit your language acquisition.

I am a student-led - student-focused teacher. Who wants the best for all my students. I hope to see you in the classroom whether that be for language learning, travel English, or even business English. I can't wait to see you achieve your language learning goals!

About the lesson

I have over a year's experience as a teacher, working with a range of different pupils. I have a Level 3 TEFL certification and I specialise in English Language and Literature. I believe I have a great range of knowledge and experiences around English language to cater to many needs.

I am a student-focused teacher, therefore I focus the learning around you as a student and how you learn. My lessons range from 25 minutes to an hour depending on what you are looking to learn and your level of development. These lessons can be for 10+ onwards as I can help with primary age English, Business English, Travel English and exams.

I am a structured teacher, so I like to systematically work through what you are learning.
