A Typical Lesson Plan
A standard lesson with me usually includes:
1. Warm-up (5 minutes)
Simple greetings, review of previous vocabulary, and a small speaking task.
2. New content (15–20 minutes)
Introducing vocabulary or expressions through visuals, repetition, and examples.
3. Practice and interaction (10–15 minutes)
Games, matching exercises, short dialogues, reading small sentences, or pronunciation drills.
4. Application (5 minutes)
Using what we learned in a real-life mini-task (describe an object, choose a color, form a sentence…).
5. Short summary + feedback (2–3 minutes)
Highlighting strengths, small corrections, and a goal for the next lesson.
I also provide progress updates to help parents follow their child’s development.
