About Yash
Hey there, my name is Yash and I am a current Masters of Health Sciences student at the University of Toronto. I recently graduated from the Honours Biochemistry program at McMaster University with a 3.9 GPA.
I have a strong background in Biochemistry, Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math. I love to apply these skills using programming concepts in Python and R (thanks to my Masters program). I teach a lot of subjects, but I only accept subjects in which I feel super confident - so you can trust that I know my stuff inside out.
Teaching is my jam, and I am all about spreading my love for these subjects. I adjust my teaching styles and speed to match each student's pace, making sure that they are on the same page with the material. Back in the day, I used to volunteer as a tutor for underserved communities so I have a lot of experience. I have also been an IELTS tutor and I currently tutor high school and university students. Right now, I am tutoring to help fund my education during my Master's journey.

1) Hey there! I'm currently working on my Masters of Health Sciences at the University of Toronto. Back at McMaster University, I rocked Honours Biochemistry and I graduated with Distinction, scoring around 3.9 GPA. I'm your go-to person for up to university-level Biochemistry, Biology, Math, Physics, Chemistry, and more. I tutor students from elementary to university levels, and I'm also an MCAT tutor. I have previously also been an IELTS tutor for international students wanting to immigrate to Canada.
2) I've been tutoring for over 5 years, and I'm all about making sure you succeed. I will not be satisfied until you succeed.
3) It's your call on the study material. You can bring your school stuff, and I'll help you with that ensuring that we cover every point that your teacher or professor wanted. If there are specific areas where you need a hand, I can whip up some custom materials just for you to ensure that you get the foundational knowledge and practice you need to thrive.
4) I keep it wallet-friendly. My rates typically range from $25 to $35. The cost depends on your educational level and how many hours you want me to tutor you each week.
