About Ryan

I am an experienced course leader in Business, Sport and esports. With over 8 years and counting experience in further education. I have forged a career in delivering high level learning environments, challenging students to work at higher grade levels across BTEC levels 1 - 3.

I have always held passion for teaching, and get that buzz when the light goes off in a students mind as they solve a problem or understand the content of the topics being taught.

About the lesson

My lessons have clear aims and objectives that will be developed following an initial assessment, identifying skill gaps in your knowledge.

They are a supportive Learning environment, building soft skills in communication and confidence in your ability to achieve. They provide a platform for positive learning to take place.
