About Dominika
I have traveled extensively around the world and lived in many countries. I speak a number of languages, including Polish, Mandarin, and Italian, which helps me understand the specific challenges that non-English speakers have with learning English. As a longtime university professor, I have both experience with and commitment to education.

I teach adults of all ages, and I tailor the lessons to your individual needs. I can offer ongoing lessons in English as a second language, or specific help to non-native English speakers with tasks such as academic and essay writing. I can also tutor English-speaking students who need help with writing academic essays, including organization and structure, thesis development, and appropriate referencing. I am a linguist by training, and I have 25 years of teaching experience. I have taught at the university level for 20 years, where I regularly help students with essay writing, developing theses, and related topics. I have also taught English to speakers of Chinese and other languages, including speaking and writing skills or test preparation.
