About Nastasiya
I have a PhD in Probability Theory from the University of Warwick and am currently a research Data Scientist in the crop science sector. My training is in theoretical mathematics but I love the applied side of maths and coding (modelling, data analysis, etc.).

I have 20 years of experience teaching mathematics, from A-level students to postgraduates at UK's top universities (Cambridge, Oxford, Warwick,...). I have taught both in a private capacity as well as in a university setting (tutorials, Oxbridge style supervisions, drop-in sessions, workshops).
Lessons are tailored to the student's needs but the fundamental principle is usually gaining some intuition for and understanding of the underlying theory before tackling practical problems. Demystifying a formula goes a long way to making one feel comfortable using it!

Hi, my name is Guillermo, and I was a colleague of Nastasiya during our time as postdocs at the University of Cambridge.
