I have been a pole dance athlete and instructor for the past 9 years and have participated in several competitions, such as the Greek pole dance championship 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, Pole Art Italy 2016, as well as pole battle trick competitions. I have taught at pole dancing studios and have also given private lessons over the years. I have an excellent understanding of student needs and can help any student progress quickly. I am also able to support students with previous injuries and physical difficulties, as I am a qualified physical therapist.
