About Jamie
When I’m not tutoring or teaching, I am usually diving into travel adventures, practicing yoga, or exploring wellness and mindfulness. I also recently completed my yoga teacher training.
I love learning about different cultures and bringing that curiosity and openness into my lessons. It helps me connect with students from all over the world and keeps our conversations fresh and engaging.

Hi, I’m Jamie, an experienced primary school teacher with a background in classroom and one-to-one education.
My approach to tutoring is supportive, structured, and student-centred. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident to make mistakes. I tailor each lesson to the individual student’s needs and goals.
I have experience teaching children and pre-teens, from beginner to advanced levels. My lessons are suitable for students who want support with reading and literacy, improve their English confidence, strengthen comprehension skills, or practise spoken English in a relaxed and supportive environment.
My goal is to help students build confidence, improve skills steadily, and enjoy the learning process — without pressure or overwhelm.
