My training is tailored towards people wishing to gain practical knowledge of the use and application of Oracle Primavera in real life situations - bridging the gap between acquiring a certificate on a 3-day course and actual proficiency with the tool.
Students would be put through the basics of project management using the PM Body of Knowledge and the relevance of planning to project management.
Students would then be intensively walked through Oracle Primavera P6 as a Tool for implementing techniques such as Planning, Scheduling, Resourcing, Earned Value Management, Change Control, Critical Path Analysis and Reporting.
Hands-on exercises and assignments as well as a project are available to reinforce what is being taught.
There is also an option of tailored-training for those who have identified their specific needs.
* This training is also available using Microsoft Project as the planning tool.
