I am a freelance software developer with a lot of experience. For more than half a decade, I worked as a Senior Developer for Electronic Arts in Cologne on the FIFA Manager series . Today I mainly work as an iOS developer.

Why does anyone like me even offer tutoring? Some time ago, I was persuaded to accept a student intern for a few weeks. Even though I was quite skeptical at the beginning, I quickly realized that I actually enjoy teaching young people the basics of programming.
My teaching method is very simple: as much practice as possible and as little theory as necessary. Programming is learned best by writing lots of programs yourself. The students will solve hand-picked programming tasks under my guidance and in the process they will see their skills increase at a constant pace.
As a programming language for beginners I always use C. Although C is already quite an old programming language, it is still ideal for learning the necessary basics. For learning more advanced concepts later on, I strongly prefer Swift.
Please note: I offer here a comprehensive introduction to programming. People who only want to magically improve their grades in a hurry have definitely come to the wrong place. However, if you are interested in acquiring a valuable skill that might even lead to a future professional career, then you are more than welcome.
