I have known Kelly since I was thirteen years old through Mosaic Youth Theatre Of Detroit. When it came time for me to do college auditions, she helped coach me from step 1 to my acceptance into the University of Michigan. From Kelly’s teachings I was able to start my journey as a young, Black artist. She is patient and pushes you to be your best through your work at all times. As long as you come prepared and ready to give your all, so is she. She has become a dear mentor, friend, and a huge part of my acting career journey.

I worked with Kelly my last two years of Mosaic. Her willingness to work with you at the drop of a dime is beautiful. She is a very knowledgeable actor who passes on her knowledge to her students as she sees fit. She wants all of her students to succeed and will personalize your experience, catering to your needs. I have known and been trained by Kelly and a few others for about 4 years now. She has brought me up from my very beginning to wind up in a short film and several public performances in these short few years.
