About Onice
I am a dedicated and professional educator with years of experience supporting student growth in both classroom and tutoring settings. As a current Substitute Teacher for LBUSD and former Child Development Program Director, I bring strong instructional skills, reliability, and a commitment to student success. My teaching approach is student-centered, supportive, and tailored to individual learning styles. I use clear modeling, guided practice, and interactive strategies to build understanding. A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson begins with a review of prior material to check understanding and address gaps. Sessions end with feedback, a quick assessment, and goal-setting to ensure consistent academic progress.

My combined experience as a Substitute Teacher for grades K–8 and former Child Development Program Director allows me to effectively support diverse learners.
