About Rebecca
I am a university student from the US (now based in Singapore most of the time) offering lessons in English reading, essay writing, and speaking. I have been giving English lessons for more than a year and have been tutoring in a number of subjects for almost 5 years now!

I teach middle school, high school, and college students, and have even advised adults who want to improve their professional and academic writing. In lessons, I have students bring a piece of writing or project that they want to improve (I will give a prompt if students are looking to improve in general) and spend the lesson time looking at how to improve grammar, word choice, voice, etc. I also help students work on reading comprehension and other reading skills!

Reduced rates available for younger students (middle/elementary school).
Cancellation policy:
If the student cancels a lesson fewer than 12hrs before the scheduled time, I charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of the scheduled lesson.
If the student cancels more than 12 hrs before the scheduled time, there will be no fee.
*If you need to cancel for an emergency, please let me know! We can discuss reduced rates for a make up.
